Notes: While I did want this book, I got it at least partly to finish out a $25 order from Amazon and get free shipping on Object 042 DVD.  Still, I'm looking forward to reading it, and I'm hoping I can find its sequels in the used bookstores, since I read too many small-press books these days and thrift bookshopping is almost a waste of time for me.
