Notes: I don't wear these often, but there was a stretch in college where I would switch wearing these off with wearing a hat. I have long hair, and I like to show it off/wear it down, but I'm usually too lazy, and it gets in the way, so sometimes I try to accustom myself to having my hair down by wearing bobby pins to keep it out of my eyes, but it never lasts very long.

Notes: This was a set of tiny hair clips of the same sort as the larger one that I always wear.  Sometimes I use them to control my hair when I want it out of the way but not up. I've got a few more elsewhere, and I'm generally too lazy to put them on.

Notes: Now that I'm thinking really hard about it, this might have been a gift from Grandma and Grandpa after they returned from Israel or somewhere exciting like that, but I might be mistaken. It's not something I ever wear.

Object: Turtle beads cleverly attached to tiny hair rubber bands

Notes: These are simple and almost silly, but when I put tiny braids in the front of my hair, I really like the option to tie something cool at their ends. There's actually four rubber bands in this picture (two are blue) because there used to be four of these turtle bead things. The fourth one fell off and I'm not sure what happened to it after that. I have more of these beads, so I could re-make the fourth one, but I like the asymmetry of having three of them.
